Please follow the instructions below to downgrade your Wave Pro account:
Step 1) Send a text message to our team asking Trevor to pull your final month of Wave data. 720-295-1427 [Save this contact in your phone as Tax Guru Team]
Step 2) [You can do this immediately] Visit https://my.waveapps.com/login/
- Step 2a) In the top right, click your business name
- Step 2b) Select “Business Settings” -> “Manage Subscriptions”
- Step 3c) Follow the prompts to cancel renewal of your monthly Wave plan.
